Study Finds Organic Milk Is More Nutritious

A new study out this week in the journal PLOS One finds that organic milk contains a lot more heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acids, compared to conventional milk.

Advocates of organic say this is evidence that organic milk provides a clear nutritional benefit over conventional milk.
