The popular walking tour of the Tower Life building was suspended on May 15 so remodeling could begin but now the tours have resumed.

Developers plan to remodel former offices and retail spaces into residences. But guests can tour the building until mid-May, before the work begins.

Bexar County Commissioners on Tuesday signaled support for two development projects, including a makeover of the historic Tower Life Building, that would add hundreds of apartments for downtown living.
