Sixty floats will make up the parade with a theme of "Shine Bright," a celebration of light and illumination for all.

The Tobin Center for the Performing Arts hosted a funeral Mass for the business leader who died in early December from a short illness.

A public visitation and a rosary will take place on Dec. 18th at San Fernando Cathedral. A funeral Mass at the Tobin Center will begin at 2 p.m. on Dec. 19 and will be followed by a celebration of her life.
