Opening your own business is part of the original American Dream, but without the right game plan and resources it be a long and complicated process. 

Small business ownership is vital to the Texas economy, but the nature of doing business is changing. The internet, with recent trends like remote workforces and aggressive social media marketing, offers its own set of challenges for small-business owners.

In San Antonio and Bexar County, the demands of a growing population and increased development are leading to new opportunities for investment. What resources are available for a small business startup in the area?
