It's time to start gearing up for spring planting season. What should you do to prepare? What grows best in the spring and what kind of care is required? 

Gardening can relieve stress and promote mental well-being, according to a 2018 report by the Global Council on Brain Health.

The difference between having a green or brown thumb boils down to understanding the basics and putting what you learn into practice.
