A celebration of comic books, cosplay, gaming and fan culture is coming to the San Antonio Public Library this Saturday, March 3.
In the first-ever "San Antonio Pop Con," followers of popular culture can interact with renowned fiction authors and visual artists by taking part in panels and activities at Central Library.
Panels topics include podcasting and pop nostalgia, as well as presentations from C. Robert Cargill, co-author of the screenplay for Marvel's "Doctor Strange" and film animator Armand S. Baltazar.
What is the demand for science fiction, fantasy and graphic novels in South Texas? What can attendees of all ages expect at San Antonio Pop Con?
