In this class, participants will create a "Bead Soup Bangle," designed by nationally-known bead embroidery instructor Sherry Serafini. A Bead Soup Bangle is a soft core bangle that is very comfortable to wear and fun to make. It uses a variety of fabrics and/or ribbons/trims, as well as a mixture of miscellaneous beads...known as bead soup. The "sewing" is simple; just load up beads and wrap them around the prepared core. If you can sew on a button, you can do this project!

Attendees will be provided the following:

Abbreviated written instructions

A kit that will contain all of the fabric/fibers/beads needed

A soft core measured to the attendee's fist size

Fireline beading thread

Beading needle

Beading mat
