We Sail On In Darkness
We Sail On In Darkness
"We Sail On In Darkness" tells the stories of four female Catholic mystics and four Desert Mothers. Weaving visions and reality, this is a piece of physical theater that blends music, movement, puppetry, and narrative to take the audience on a journey highlighting the strong, courageous voices of women whose inspiring stories have been obscured by the past.
The show is approximately 90 minutes, with no intermission. All tickets are general admission. St. Mark's is fully accessible. The performance will take place on the third floor, and ushers will guide you to an elevator or up the stairs. If you need special seating arrangements, please email wesailonindarkness@gmail.com.
We Sail On In Darkness is proud to offer an American Sign Language (ASL) interpreted performance on February 11th. Robert Cardoza, the San Antonio theatre community’s primary sign language interpreter, will be available during this performance for patrons that require ASL as their primary form of communication.
