In partnership with UTSA and the Consulado General de México en San Antonio, join us for this one-night-only event with Mezcal expert Pedro Jiménez Gurría.
Includes tequila and mezcal sampling, specialty cocktails, and unique bites prepared by Chef Jaime Gonzalez.
UTSA Special Collections will bring a selection of books for viewing from the “Mexican Spirits Collection.”
Proceeds from Ven a Comer events will support the development and preservation of UTSA’s Mexican Cookbook Collection, one of the largest collections of its kind in the country. The collection has nearly 3,000 volumes spanning the years 1789 to the present.
