The Big Texas Author Talk featuring Jason Stone

The Big Texas Author Talk featuring Jason Stone

Join us virtually on March 20th at 7 PM CST for an exciting evening of history and craft talk at the Big Texas Author Talk. We're featuring writer Jason Stone and his novel, The Beauty of the Days Gone By, which is based on historical events that took place in Comancheria - the region of West Texas and New Mexico that the Comanche controlled in the 18th and 19th centuries. Matt Walter, a history professor at Sul Ross, will moderate.
Jason Stone grew up in West Texas and graduated from the University of Texas at Austin. He lives in Austin and is currently working on a nonfiction book about the real story behind Friday Night Lights.
