Guests can enjoy a limited-time $55 three-course dinner menu that celebrates the richness of local ingredients and refined Texas cuisine. Menu highlights for the dinner include:
Appetizer: Scallop Ceviche featuring Diver Scallop, Mezcal, Lime, Cucumber Pearl
Entree: Chile Dusted Pork Tenderloin featuring Ancho Mashed Potatoes, Grilled Broccolini, Mole Jus
Dessert: Frozen Horchata featuring a Vanilla sponge, "Hot" Chile Chocolate, Polvorón Crumb
