The Memorial Wreath Laying Ceremony is an annual community event that is hosted by Child Advocates San Antonio and includes featured support and attendance by numerous community leaders. It is held at the historic steps at the Bexar County Courthouse to memorialize children who have lost their lives to abuse and neglect in the past year. This brief but powerful moment of remembrance honors those children while reminding us of our shared responsibility to protect the most vulnerable among us today and in the future. All participants are kindly asked to wear blue in solidarity with Child Abuse Prevention Month.
