Bienvenido de nuevo! The Las Palmas Branch Library is scheduled to reopen this fall following a transformative $7 million renovation project funded by the City of San Antonio 2017 and 2022 Bond programs with additional funding through the San Antonio Public Library Foundation.

Las Palmas will reopen to the public for service beginning November 17 at noon. A Grand Reopening Celebration will take place at the library on December 6 at 10 am. This free, public event will feature a ribbon-cutting ceremony, family-friendly activities, refreshments, and community-centered entertainment. The final day for interim library service from Our Lady of the Lake University will be November 10.
