Immigration in Today’s Texas: Paths, Barriers and Possibilities

While all immigrants, regardless of country of origin, are affected by the Administration’s policies, Texas is one of a handful of states at the center of the debate over immigration policy and border security because of its location.
Texas Public Radio’s David Martin Davies will moderate a distinguished panel consisting of U.S. Congressman Joaquin Castro, State Representative Diego Bernal and immigration attorney Kate Lincoln-Goldfinch.
The symposium will offer attendees a robust, enlightening discussion on where Texas stands today and potential paths forward as we navigate these crucial issues.
