The Boerne Area Historic Preservation Society will hold its first ever Historic Hill Festival on Saturday, April 13th from 10 AM to 2 PM. The Festival will highlight the historic buildings located on Boerne's Historic Hill which include the Kuhlmann King Historic House Museum and the 1912 Boerne School. Tours, activities for children, musical entertainment, Klein Smokehouse bratwurst, vendors, a silent auction, and chicken poop bingo, will entertain visitors. Oral histories/memories of the 1912 school will be recorded. This event is a fundraiser for the Kuhlmann King Historic House Museum, which is in need of restoration.
