In an effort to giveback to the community and spread awareness about Census 2020, MEHR Foundation is hosting three days of free meal giveaways at Pasha Mediterranean Grill, located on 9339 Wurzbach Road. The USA census captures important data used by lawmakers, business owners, teachers, and many others to provide services, products, and support to local communities. Federal funding for hospitals, fire departments, schools, roads, and other resources are based on census data. These billions of dollars which are spent annually can be better equally distributed through census data. Minority groups like our Iranian community in San Antonio and across the nation can receive resources such as Persian/Farsi-speaking nurses or community center funding. The three day lunch giveaway is in partnership with Pasha Mediterranean Grill and Count Me In Census 2020. No purchase is necessary, but interested individuals must register online via Eventbrite, in order to provide us an accurate headcount for preparedness. Please limit one plate per person, and maximum 4 plates per family/car. Ticket/reservations do not have monetary/cash value and may only be redeemed at Pasha on the designated days.
