Learn how to manage your Type 2 diabetes in this info session, in partnership with trained diabetes educators from Metro Health. We’ll discuss how to manage symptoms, how much exercise you need, how to take your own blood sugar measurements, and working with your health care team. All are welcome, no registration required.
