The Boerne Area Democrats will meet on Thursday, March 12, at 6:00 p.m. at the Longhorn Café in Boerne (upstairs). The guest speaker is Kendall Scudder, chair of the Texas Democratic Party and one of the youngest people leading a major political party in America.

Raised by public servants, Kendall learned early that if you're not fighting for something bigger than yourself, you're fighting for the wrong thing.

From slinging Blizzards at Dairy Queen as a teenager to taking on Ken Paxton and Greg Abbott in court, Kendall doesn't just complain about problems - he fixes them. As chair, he has brought financial transparency/stability and strategic thinking to the Texas Democratic Party. His mission is simple: make Texas work for the people who actually do the work.

Kendall lives in East Dallas with his wife Carly and son Lyndon, where you'll find him playing pickleball, volunteering with local Democrats, or building his community in the many civic organizations he's involved. Because community service isn't a hobby - it's a responsibility.
