Harry J Shafer, PhD will explain that beer was not introduced to the New World by Europeans and how he found that out. A long time King William resident, Harry is a professor emeritus of anthropology at Texas A&M University, College Station. He is also the past curator of archeology at the Witte Museum and a widely published author of many papers including Ancient Texans, Mimbres Archaeology at the NAN Ranch Ruin, Field Methods in Archaeology, and Maya Stone Tools.
