A lot can happen in 21 days when it comes to developing our inner peace.
This year try something really special by learning to meditate. This 21-day meditation challenge will offer all the basic support for starting a daily meditation practice and beginning the new year in the most peaceful, positive way.
The actual challenge is with yourself of course. The goal is to meditate every day for 21 days for at least 12 minutes per day. We will answer all your questions at our introductory workshop on Saturday, January 6th. Get the guidance and accountability you need to start your practice.
