LEILA FADEL, HOST:
Good morning. I'm Leila Fadel. Have you ever put so much thought into a project, and then when you give it the big reveal, people hate it? Well, that feeling might be how the people who designed Kansas' new license plate feel right now. Governor Laura Kelly says it's back to the drawing board, and Kansans will get to vote on a new design. It's MORNING EDITION. Transcript provided by NPR, Copyright NPR.
