First Fine Arts Presents: Kenneth Freudigman, cello

First Fine Arts Presents: Kenneth Freudigman, cello

The 2026 Lenten Concert Series continues with a midday performance by one of San Antonio’s most distinguished musicians, cellist Kenneth Freudigman.

A cornerstone of the local classical community, Freudigman is the Co-Founder and Artistic Director of the Grammy-nominated Camerata San Antonio. Having served as Principal Cello for both the San Antonio Symphony (2004–2022) and the San Antonio Philharmonic (2022–2025), he brings an unparalleled level of artistry and local heritage to the stage.

An alumnus of the Eastman School of Music, Freudigman has performed with major orchestras worldwide, including the Atlanta Symphony and the Mexico City Philharmonic. Beyond his acclaim as a performer, he is a renowned pedagogue whose students have gone on to the world’s most prestigious conservatories and ensembles.

Join us for this free community event to experience a master of the cello in the serene setting of the First Baptist.
