Amber L. Esparza is a staff photojournalist for the San Antonio Report and is a San Antonio native. She was a first-generation college student and graduated from Texas A&M University-San Antonio, where she worked as a photographer for El Espejo Magazine, was a DJ with Jaguar College Radio and was an editor at The Mesquite.
