The American Red Cross is offering financial assistance for families whose homes were affected by devastating flooding in July in Central Texas and the Hill Country.
The Red Cross says it will begin outreach this week to specific individuals who were located within disaster-affected areas.
The majority of households will receive an invitation to apply for assistance through an email, text message or phone call directly from the Red Cross.
Individuals can also visit redcross.org/TXFloodAid.
Funds can be used to rebuild homes that sustained major damage or were destroyed.
