Lawsuit settlement clarifies Florida's 'Don't Say Gay' legislation

A lawsuit settlement announced Monday over Florida’s infamous “Don’t Say Gay” law clarified what is and isn’t allowed in Florida classrooms under the law.

We speak to former state representative Carlos Guillermo Smith, senior policy advisor for Equality Florida, one of the advocacy groups involved in the lawsuit.
