Washington Governor Extends Restrictions, Approves Aid As COVID-19 Cases Climb

With a COVID-19 vaccine on the horizon, the U.S. has hit another grim milestone. On Wednesday more than 3,000 people died, marking the highest total in a single day.

Some governors are extending restrictions put in place to curb the spread of COVID-19, including Gov. Jay Inslee in Washington state. Here & Now‘s Robin Young speaks with Anna Boiko-Weyrauch, a reporter with KUOW in Seattle.
