Why Akron Decided To Allow Students To Play Sports

The Ohio governor decided that school districts can choose whether or not to allow sports during the fall semester. The Akron School Board gave their districts the green light, partly because some students say getting to play is an issue of equity that’s worth the risk of getting COVID-19.
