TikTok Partners With Oracle And Walmart, Commerce Dept. To Challenge Order That Blocked WeChat Ban

TikTok also averted a U.S. ban that was set to take effect last night, after its owner ByteDance announced a new partnership with the American companies Oracle and Walmart.
