Transgender Military Officer Defends Her Right To Serve
On Feb. 27, the House Armed Services Committee will hear why President Trump is pushing to ban transgender troops from serving openly in the military. Alivia Stehlik, a transgender Army captain, will testify. She spoke with KUNC’s Michael de Yoanna ( @mdy1) about why she believes transgender troops should be allowed to serve.
