'Kingdom Of Shadows' Shows 3 Perspectives In Mexican Drug War

The new documentary “ Kingdom of Shadows” looks at the drug trade between Mexico and the United States from three perspectives.

Sister Consuelo Morales works with those who have had loved ones “disappeared” by drug traffickers, Oscar Haglesieb is a homeland security officer whose father entered the U.S. illegally, and Don Henry Ford Jr. is a former marijuana smuggler living in Texas.

Here & Now’s Indira Lakshmanan speaks with the film’s writer and director, Bernardo Ruiz.
