The Biological Effects Of Daylight Saving Time

For most of us in the U.S., daylight saving time (DST) is coming to an end Sunday morning at 2 a.m. The time change, in the spring and fall, can cause all kinds of confusion.

Erik Herzog, professor of biology at Washington University in St. Louis, joins  Here & Now‘s Robin Young to talk about the dramatic biological effects the change can also cause.
