Board of Directors Meetings: Meetings of the Texas Public Radio Board of Directors are open to the public as required by Sections 396(k)(4) and 397(5) of the Communications Act. Meetings of the governing Board are usually held at Texas Public Radio on the third Thursdays of January, March, May, July, September and November beginning at 4 p.m.

Community Advisory Board Meetings: Community Advisory Board meetings are usually held at Texas Public Radio every other month and begin at 5:00 p.m.

Board Committees meet on an irregular schedule. Committee meeting dates, times and places will be posted here as they are scheduled. Up-to-date information about meetings and directions to the meeting location are available by telephone at 1-800-622-8977 during business hours.
