The Bexar County Community Health Assessment was an attempt by the major health providers and organizations in the county to analyze the health of Bexar County.  We talk with Dr. Steve Blanchard, board chair of The Health Collaborative (Steve is also the chairman of the 2013 Community Health Assessment) and Elizabeth Lutz, Executive Director of the Health Collaborative.
