The Source: Will Texas Be Next State For Bathroom Battle?

Today, the Board of Governors for the NCAA announced a new requirement for bidders for its events like the Final Four - they must provide a safe environment - free of discrimination.

This new directive is seen as a problem of North Carolina - which has a new law that prevents cities from having their own non-discrimination ordinances and forces transgender men and women to use the bathroom that's on their birth certificate.

This is just the latest in sanctions hitting the Tar Heel state over HB2. And now we are learning that Texas is considering passing a similar law.

State leaders like Lt. Governor Dan Patrick have said they will work on passing a bathroom rule to protect women and children.

Will Texas follow through? How could it affect San Antonio's 2018 NCAA Final Four contract?
