The Source: New Book Reveals President Reagan

Ronald Wilson Reagan served as the 40th President of the United States from 1981 to 1989. The movie star turned Governor of California was an unlikely pick for president, but a common touch an ideological flexibility and a strength of specific convictions made him an appealing choice for voters.

It's safe to say he was a transformational character for America--ending the New Deal and ushering in a new conservativism--but where does he rank as a President?

A new book looks at his life and what he accomplished.
