The Source: Reforming Marijuana Laws In Texas

Colorado, Alaska, Washington and 20 other states have laws legalizing marijuana in some form. From eliminating penalties for possessing small amounts, to medical marijuana laws, to outright legalization as in Washington and Colorado, states are reconsidering the importance of prohibiting the long-banned substance. 

Texas has no laws on the books lessening the state ban on pot, but several bills in the legislature would roll back penalties.

Is it at all possible given Gov. Greg Abbott's questioningwhether it would get done this session?
