After the latest incident, this one involving District 9 Councilwoman Elisa Chan, San Antonio residents want to know what the city plans to do about the culture at City Hall.
We are waiting to hear whether or not reforms proposed by Mayor Julián Castro will pass, but will they make any difference? Some, like Chan, argue that the culture of municipality needs to change to reflect an ethical foundation, but that regulations won't encourage such a change.

In her new book "Two Nations Indivisible," Shannon O'Neil argues that more than ever, Mexico and the United States are connected.
Now that Mexico is undertaking a monumental reform in social, economic and political areas, it could be the best time to renew the relationship.
With this in mind O'Neil advocates for a new level of engagement that isn't rooted in antagonism, but in opportunity.
