New Orleans Dialect Threatened By Population Loss Post-Katrina

Fifteen years ago, Hurricane Katrina devastated New Orleans. Many residents fled the city and didn’t return. That has led to many changes in New Orleans, including to its distinct dialect, which many fear is being lost.
