KTXI 90.1 FM lost its audio feed on Saturday morning and remains off the air at this time.
The power supply in the far end of the Studio Transmitter Link (STL) system failed, which is the link that has carried program audio over a T1 telephone circuit for the last 15 years.
Repair work began over the weekend and continues today. Replacement parts have been ordered, and KTXI is expected to be back on the air sometime tomorrow, Tuesday, April 2.
