Cristina was a nurse with the Healy-Murphy Center, an alternative high-school for the most at-risk of teens. The disappearance of an old and brick-like Nokia cell phone from her class room sticks with her to this day. On any other day the theft would have meant little, but that day it meant the difference between connecting one last time with a loved one or not.
