The Kansas City Chiefs will beat the San Francisco 49ers in Super Bowl 54 on Sunday. Or at least, that's what a lioness at the San Antonio Zoo predicts.

On Thursday morning, Zoo officials presented the allegedly prophetic lioness, Axelle, with two boxes. One was decked out in Kansas City's colors and logo, and the other with San Fransisco's. To top it off, each box was filled with meat and vegetables.

Rachel Malstaff, Interim Director of Mammals at the zoo, said that lions love to play in cardboard boxes — just like many household cats.

"They love tearing them up, jumping on them, or climbing inside of them," said Malstaff.  "Enrichment like this is something we do daily for our animals, from boxes to scents to toys for them to play with."

Garnerning suspense, Axelle took her time deciding between the boxes, perhaps a sign that the game will be a close call.

Though Axelle showed interest in the 49ers box, she ultimately tore into the Chiefs box, making Kansas City her pick to win.
