Hi, I'm Ken Slavin and I am a jazz singer here in San Antonio and I have some wonderful Christmas traditions that I look forward to every year.
One of them is doing some performances every year for the charity services here in town, including the Family Services Association. Doing a live radio broadcast with them. I've done it every year for 16 years.
And I also, every year, try to meet with as many friends and family as I can, hosting small holiday-themed dinner parties at my house with good friends, literally singing Christmas carols together, and having a wonderful time.
But, first and foremost, it's a time for me to be with my family. San Antonio makes all of this very easy because it's a beautiful place to be at the Holiday Season. Oh, and I can't forget! We always go down to the River Walk to see the beautiful lights.
