Annoyed? Outraged? Managing Anger In The Modern Age

Do you see others explode into a rage during traffic? Does your blood boil when things don't go a certain way? Anger is a normal and healthy emotion that may need to be monitored.  

For many, being mad is a go-to reaction for life's obstacles, but uncontrolled anger can take a toll on a person's health,careerand relationships. The feeling can also creep into everyday words and actions, especially over the Internet.

In what ways do different people exhibit and process anger? What are common triggers for the emotion? 

Learning to handle strong emotions can bring added value at any age. What does anger management therapy look like? 

How can people best communicate about aggression, resentment and destructive behavior? What are some productive strategies for dealing with stress and anger?
