Does a person have the human right to migrate to a new country? What about the right of the country to turn away immigrations that it doesn't want? As conflict and climate change causes more people to flee their homelands - what is the moral responsibility of nation states like the U.S. to open up our border?

Guest:

  • David Miller, professor of political theory at Nuffield College, Oxford and author of the book "Strangers in Our Midst: the political philosophy of immigration"
