Speakers included Cindy Loeffler, water resources branch chief for the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department; Linda Ruiz McCall, an education and outreach specialist in water science and conservation at the Texas Water Development Board; and Irene Pickhardt, assistant director of Science for the Texas Education Agency.
