Think Science: Dementia in South Texas

Think Science: Dementia in South Texas

At this free Think Science live event we'll share the latest information about the connections between brain and body health and new developments in the fight against dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. The event features presentations by experts from UT Health San Antonio and an opportunity for you to ask questions of researchers to learn more about how to stay mentally agile and fit throughout your life.

Leading this presentation will be the founding director of UT Health San Antonio’s Glenn Biggs Institute for Alzheimer’s and Neurodegenerative Diseases, Sudha Seshadri, MD, who also serves as the director of the National Institute on Aging (NIA)-designated South Texas Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center, the only such NIA-designated center in Texas.

This event will take place in the Pestana Lecture Hall on the UT Health campus.
