Life After Loss is a lovely support group, designed to help us better understand the process of grief and how to live through it in a way that is healing. This will be our fourth group to go through this special program. We'll meet for six consecutive Wednesdays through April 27. The program is led by Rev. Derek LaBranch and Bereavement Coordinator Barbara Duffield of Christus VNA Hospice. Together, we’ll cover: • The physical, emotional, spiritual and social implications of grief • The process of grief • Memories and how to use them to heal • How to take care of ourselves while we grieve • Holidays and anniversary dates • Planning for the future
