New Users Flock To Signal, Telegram After WhatsApp Privacy Concerns

Millions of people are heading to encrypted messaging apps Signal and Telegram over perceived privacy concerns with Facebook-owned WhatsApp. The new influx of users was enough to crash Signal over the weekend.
