Where Biden, Trump Stand On Guantanamo Bay Prison

The controversial Guantanamo Bay prison has fallen from the headlines, but it has been a big political issue in the past. Former President Obama pledged to close it but failed, though his administration reduced the population by hundreds.

Trump, as a candidate in 2016, promised to “load it up with some bad dudes,” which he has not done. We look at what former Vice President Joe Biden and Trump are promising to do to the prison.
