The Air Force is releasing details of the first male victims in its widening investigation of the sex scandal at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland.

Air Force officials said late Tuesday that a female instructor is now under investigation for having an alleged unprofessional relationship with a male technical trainee.

In addition, another male instructor has been identified as part of the Air Force probe, suspected of abusive sexual contact of two male trainees.

 Last year (2012) was a Mexico-wide -- and even international -- year of reflection upon the life and career of the Mexican composer and conductor Eduardo Mata. He would have been 70 years old, if not for his tragic death, much too young, in 1995.

The City of San Antonio's Department of Human Services has recommended to council members that a commission dealing with children and families be dissolved.

Formed in the 1980's, the Commission for Children and Families was created to address the needs of parents and their children.
